Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right.
Return Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, products must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- With tamper-evident seals intact
- Accompanied by your order number
We cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, removed from its original packaging, or shows signs of use or tampering. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of research-grade materials and to comply with applicable regulations governing research compounds.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@itidelabs.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@itidelabs.com with a photo of the shipment. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Cold Chain & Handling
ITide Labs peptides are supplied as lyophilized powders, which are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Upon receipt, store unopened vials at 2–8°C. For long-term storage beyond 60 days, transfer to -20°C. Vials should remain sealed and protected from light until use. Damage claims tied to storage conditions after delivery are outside the scope of this policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unsealed products
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional bundle (unless defective)
- Products returned without prior authorization
