Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how ITide Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships research-grade peptides and other research compounds (collectively, “Products”) to qualified research professionals within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Domestic-Only Shipping

ITide Labs ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), or any international destination. Orders to non-supported addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Carrier & Shipping Method

We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for reliable nationwide delivery to research and institutional addresses. Standard transit time is two to five business days depending on origin and destination. Priority Mail Express and other expedited services may be available for qualifying orders at additional cost.

3. Processing & Transit Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the following business day. Processing time is in addition to USPS transit time.

Order confirmation and tracking information are sent to the email address on file at dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within three business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@itidelabs.com.

4. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders subtotaling $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Promotional shipping offers, when available, are subject to the terms of the specific promotion.

5. Cold Chain & Storage Handling

ITide Labs peptides are supplied as lyophilized powders, which are stable at ambient temperature during USPS transit. No cold-chain shipping is required for routine domestic delivery. Upon receipt, the recipient is responsible for proper storage of the Product.

Recommended storage on receipt:

  • Unopened lyophilized vials: store at 2–8°C for short-term storage.
  • Long-term storage beyond 60 days: transfer to -20°C.
  • Keep vials sealed, protected from light, and away from moisture until use.

Damage claims tied to storage conditions after delivery, or to repeated freeze-thaw cycles imposed by the recipient, are outside the scope of this policy.

6. Tracking & Signature Requirements

All shipments include USPS tracking. Orders subtotaling $250 or more require signature confirmation on delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, USPS will leave a delivery notice and reattempt delivery on the next business day.

Recipients may also retrieve held shipments from their local USPS facility using the tracking number and a valid government-issued ID.

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for five or more business days, or your order is marked “delivered” but has not arrived:

  • Check with neighbors, building mail areas, and household members.
  • Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number.
  • Email us at hello@itidelabs.com within seven days of the expected delivery window. We will open a USPS inquiry on your behalf.

USPS inquiries can take up to 14 business days to resolve. We will coordinate replacement or refund based on USPS findings.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or to the inner product packaging, photograph the shipment before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@itidelabs.com with images and the order number. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund at our discretion. Damaged-in-transit claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be processed.

9. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all Products transfer to the buyer at the time of carrier acceptance from our facility. We are not liable for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by USPS or by the recipient after delivery has been completed.

10. Returned & Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer, refused delivery, or unclaimed status at the local USPS facility are subject to a $15 reship fee plus actual shipping costs. We will contact the buyer at the email address on file before reshipping or processing a partial refund.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict shipping in the following circumstances:

  • Orders to commercial parcel forwarders or freight forwarders.
  • Orders flagged for suspected misuse, fraud, or compliance concerns.
  • Orders to addresses that violate ITide Labs’ Research Policy or Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  • Orders that exceed reasonable quantity limits without prior verification.

Orders refused or cancelled by ITide Labs under these provisions will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

12. Changes to This Policy

ITide Labs reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Material changes will take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
