1. Intended Use & Purchaser Qualifications

All Products sold by ITide Labs LLC are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes by qualified professionals affiliated with laboratories, universities, or research institutions. Products are not intended for:

• Human or animal consumption
• Diagnostic or therapeutic applications
• Use as food additives, drugs, or cosmetics
• Any application outside of controlled laboratory settings

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our Products. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified research professional and that Products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Product Handling & Safety

You acknowledge that Products may have hazardous properties and that you are solely responsible for their safe handling, storage, and disposal. You agree to implement all necessary industrial hygiene and safety protocols to protect yourself, your personnel, and your facility from any health and safety hazards associated with the Products.

ITide Labs LLC is not liable for any damages caused by negligence, improper handling, misuse, or any other unforeseen circumstances arising from your use of our Products.

3. Shipping

ITide Labs ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. ITide Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

All shipments include tracking information provided to you via email upon dispatch. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected misuse, fraud, or compliance concerns — with a full refund issued. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind our product quality and will address issues that are our responsibility.

How to Request Support: Contact us at hello@itidelabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, photos where applicable, and lot/batch numbers for quality-related claims. We will respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Replacements for verified issues ship at our expense.

6. Store Credits

ITide Labs may, at its sole discretion, issue store credits as a courtesy for shipping delays, order issues, or other circumstances. Store credits carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to previous orders. Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied toward future purchases on our website. Store credits do not expire. Issuance of a store credit does not constitute an obligation to issue credits for similar circumstances in the future.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Products will meet your specific research requirements or produce any particular result. Information provided on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITide Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product giving rise to that claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITide Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of our Products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product names, logos, and design — is the property of ITide Labs LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. Marketing Communications

Email: You may opt in to receive promotional emails from ITide Labs, including product updates, special offers, and research resources. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at hello@itidelabs.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

SMS: You may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from ITide Labs, including order updates, shipping notifications, and exclusive offers. Opting in is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Text HELP for assistance. See Section 12 for complete SMS terms.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your receipt of transactional messages related to your orders.

12. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ITide Labs LLC using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message types: Order confirmations, shipping updates, abandoned cart reminders, promotional offers
• Frequency: Varies; approximately 2–4 promotional messages per month plus transactional messages as needed
• Carriers: Available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ITide Labs LLC with respect to your use of this website and purchase of Products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Force Majeure

ITide Labs LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, carrier outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders as quickly as possible once such conditions subside.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
